3. Will the color fade or tarnish over time?
Our pieces are designed with durable plating to resist fading and tarnishing. However, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to prolong the life of your jewelry.


4. How should I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, ideally in a soft pouch. Clean it gently with a dry cloth after wearing. Avoid wearing it while swimming, showering, or exercising.


5. Do you offer adjustable sizes for bracelets and rings?
Many of our bracelets come with adjustable chains or stretchable bands. Please refer to the product page for sizing options. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.


6. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at service@dariuswooton.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.


7. Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.


8. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! We offer elegant gift-ready packaging. You can select the gift wrap option at checkout or contact us if you have any special requests.


9. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia.
